What data we collect

We only collect what you send us through the order form and the contact forms on this site (order, company offer, rental, service, accessories and general contact). Depending on the form, this is:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your preferred messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or a phone call);
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• for companies: the company name and TIN;
• your comment and the details of your request (for example the model, variant, quantity, delivery zone and whether you need assembly);
• technical details we add automatically: the page you sent the form from and the language of the site.

We do not ask for payment card details, passport data or other identification documents on this website. There is no account or login.

Why we use it

We use your data only to:

• call or message you back about your request;
• confirm your order, the price, the delivery and the assembly;
• prepare an offer, an invoice and other documents for companies;
• deliver, assemble and service the table you ordered;
• handle warranty and spare-part requests.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and the steps needed to prepare and perform a contract with you. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Where your data goes

• Form hosting. Our forms are processed by Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores the submissions on its servers, which may be located outside Armenia.
• Notifications. Each submission is forwarded to our team’s Telegram chat (through the Telegram Bot API) and to our email inbox, so that we can answer quickly.
• Delivery. When we deliver your order, we share your name, phone number and address only with the people who carry out the delivery and assembly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related messages for [TODO: retention period]. Data that the law requires us to keep for accounting or tax purposes (for example invoices) is kept for the period that the law sets. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Analytics and cookies

We plan to use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors ([TODO: confirm provider]). They show us only aggregated figures such as page views and the country of visit.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you choose a language or close the language banner, your browser remembers that choice in its localStorage. This value stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

Under the law of the Republic of Armenia you have the right to:

• know whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data or stop processing it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before;
• file a complaint with the authorised body for the protection of personal data of the Republic of Armenia.

Security

Access to submissions is limited to the SKF team members who handle orders. We use the security measures of our hosting and messaging providers and do not store your data on public computers.

Children

This website is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16. If a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, in particular the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
